All owners of houses must have an insurance policy and a copy of the policy to be kept on file in our offices.

Pool Maintenance
• Cleaning the pool/removal of debris.
• Checking for other damages.
• Checking and maintaining the pump and filtration systems.
• The replacement of chemicals.
• Checking for leaks.

Maid Service
• Toilet rolls and towels will be replaced .
• Bedroom linen will be changed, laundry will be taken away to be washed, ironed and returned at a later date .
• All furniture and fittings will be cleaned, dusted and polished where appropriate .
• Kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, appliances .
• Bathroom surfaces and appliances .
• All floors will be mopped and swept throughout.

Landscaping & Gardening
• Gardens and patios will be hosed and cleared of major debris.
• Leaves and other flotsam will be removed from the pool.
• Checking that the property is generally clean.
• Testing all electrical appliances (light bulbs).
• Checking all utilities – electricity, water, security systems.
• Check that any security equipment is functional.
• Watering plants.
• Cutting the grass.
• Landscaping and design.
• Planting of flowers and trees.
