In Condominium management
• We will collect and deposit all monthly assessment payments. Generate and send invoices detailing assessment charges, late charges, fines and other charges to unit condo, house or property owners.
• Apply unit-owner payments and maintain real-time balance information (available to unit owners at their request via e-mail.
• Pay all monthly property expenses (Utilities, Insurance, etc)
• Maintain payment records of all property expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports including financial statements, detailed expense reports and unit owner balance reports.
• Generate and send statements to unit-owners with past-due balances.
• Assist in collection of rentals and maintenance fees.
• Coordinate regular and special repair and maintenance services (Janitorial, Landscaping, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Pool, Etc)
• Attend board meetings (monthly, quarterly or annually) Our Property Management fees are very reasonable, and we offer special rates for owners of multiple properties

• 5-7 units: 10.5%
